Kent State University's application for undergraduate admission can be found online or a paper application can be requested from the Admissions Office at 1-800-988-KENT.

Freshman - a student who has not attended any college, university, technical or proprietary school after graduation from high school.
Transfer - a student who has enrolled in a college, university, technical or proprietary school since graduating from high school, but has not completed a baccalaureate degree.
Postundergraduate - a student who has received a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university other than Kent State and who wishes to take undergraduate courses.
International - a student who is no a U.S. citizen and/or had been educated outside of the U.S. or in Puerto Rico.
